Meet the Pelham and Birmingham Chiropractors of Southern Pines Chiropractic Center

You've probably heard the saying, "Two heads are better than one." We've taken that to heart at Southern Pines Chiropractic Center. With three chiropractors on staff, you get the benefit of extra brainpower. Especially with difficult cases.

Dr. Jessica Dietrich-Marsh

For years I suffered with headaches, sinus infections, allergies and then in college developed "adult onset asthma."  I had a friend that would always tell me "you know if you just saw my Chiropractor you wouldn't have this nonsense!"  Being pre-med at Ohio State, wanting to go into surgery, I wasn't about to go to some quack!  Months later, in a weak moment, I agreed to go with her.  Surprisingly, it helped my headaches!  I decided I would just go when the aspirin no longer worked.  About a year later, I was involved in a pretty serious accident and could not move my right shoulder without pain, I went back to the Chiropractor and was consistently adjusted for the first time, it took almost 9 months to regain my full use and strength.   more>>

Dr. Glenn Coleman

After years of sports and its nagging injuries, I was concerned about my long-term healthcare. I actually did not know much about Chiropractic until I was in college. To help with my constant headaches and neck stiffness, it was suggested that I visit a Chiropractor. Not knowing much about Chiropractic, I did some research. The information that I found definitely sparked my interest being that healthcare had always been a major focus of mine. Whether it was my family, work-study job at the hospital, or fellow athletes, I found myself surrounded by people suffering from health problems at early ages. I was eager to find to try this alternative healthcare that did not require drugs or surgery.  more>>

Dr. Jessica Asks some important questions of interest to Pelham residents - Chiropractor Pelham Dr. Jessica Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
How long will you need chiropractic care?
You'll need chiropractic care as long as you live in Pelham and encounter physical, chemical or emotional stress that you cannot adapt to or accommodate. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
